- Concrete is a material structure making rapid progress and the technology is currently needed in the development of infrastructure in various places. In the world of civil engineering is closely related to the use of concrete as a structural material. For that to know how PT.SCG Indonesian Readymix operates to produce fresh concrete. Operating systems generally involve all departments such as: sales, accounting, production, technical, maintenance and transportation. Each section has a respective duties and responsibilities. Jobs done interrelated and form a system. Operating system includes material from the admissions process, the process of production and distribution processes. In each process requires appropriate manpower to the task that has been adapted and supporting facilities to facilitate the activities.
