- The function of Tower Crane is as a transfer material from one place to other places, both vertically or horizontally. Tower Crane commonly used because two advantages of Tower Crane�s height. Tower Crane can be adjusted with the height of building. Besides that, Tower Crane has broad range. The activities of Tower Crane are such lifting reinforcement, formwork and casting.. This research is carried out to determine the operatonal hours and the effectivity level of tower crane. The researcher conducted observation method and then analyzed by combining several existing literature. Based on the results of analysis, the researcher conclude that the layout of the tower crane at the Mall Bintaro Xchange project has reach the whole project and the tower crane has a sufficiently high level of operating hours and a high level of effectiveness.
