- The Final Assessment, entitled �Okikurumi no Bouken�, is a translated folktale of Ainu Tribe about the origin of Noyautasabu, the bound of yomogi possessing five pieces of heart, who is believed protects Ainu people up now. The issue in translating the story of Okikurumi no Bouken is the translating process from source language, Japanese, into target language, Bahasa, as well as acknowledging moral lesson containing in the folktale. Above are the causes that background the writer in taking the theme of translation in the Final Assessment. To translate the folktale, the writer used free translation method. This method is translation process that has been done in the unit of languages level, that resulting the equivalent situation achievement. Based on translation result, the folktale told about the persistent of a young god named Okikurumi in facing three tests so that he was allowed to settle down in Ainu Moshiri, a country Ainu Tribe lived. Moreover, this young god taught Ainu people something that was highly beneficial for them. The moral lesson in translating the folktale is imitating the firm character of a young god of Ainu Tribe, Okikurumi god.
