  • Paris Bakery as one of the new entrants in bakery industry needs an illustration about their position in bakery industry in order to knows itsbusiness prospects. This research aimed to give an illustration about Paris Bakeryâ��s business position and prospects. This knowledge can used to formulate the appropriate development strategies by considering the ownerâ��s opinions. The analysis tools that used in this research are Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix, Product Life Cycle (PLC), and General Electric (GE) Matrix. The result of anaysis with BCG matrix shows that Paris Bakery is at â��question markâ�� position, the result of analysis with Product Life Cycle shows that Paris Bakery is at growth phase, and analysis with GE matrix shows that Paris Bakeryâ��s industry attractiveness and business strength is in medium level right now with scores 2,58 and 2,52 in a row. These scores have chances to developed until 3,35 for business strengths by increasing in productâ��s diversification, marketing power (promotion and distribution), relative market share, price rivalry, and production capacity
