- This research has a title cohesion as an integrity former of Srumuwus discourse in Djaka Lodang magazine. In this term, Srumuwus is a editorial discourse. Editorial discourse is a kind of discourse in the newspaper or magazine which conceals the attitude of these newspaper or magazine�s editor or director toward some problems. This research is conducted to describe the types and markers of cohesion among sentences in Srumuwus discourse. This research data is a sentence which is taken from Srumuwus discourse in Djaka Lodang magazine. The data is analyzed using baca markah technique, ganti technique, perluas technique, and medan makna technique. Then, the data will be presented in the form of informal report. The result of this research shows that there are two types of cohesion among sentences which are 1) Grammatical cohesion, in the form of reference, substitution, ellipsis, conjuction, and 2) lexical cohesion which consists of reteraition, synonym, hyponym, antonym, and collocation. According to the analysis can be concluded that the involved cohesions are corresponding between one and other until forming one complete text.
