- Sanitation in the food processing industry is very important to be applied, including in IKM Kripik Yuka snack industry is engaged in food processing and products made from raw soy flakes is Kripik Tahu Bulat. Thus, the resulting snack products becoming hygienic and quality food safety is assured.
