- PT Tirta Investama Cianjur is a company engaged in the production of Bottled Drinking Water. Improvement manufacturing system is one step that do of company to respect the change. But, often seen that repair or maintenance that took cannot fixed the real problem. Equipment Losses is one of problem that must be fixing. Measuring of production machine effectiviness with Overall Equipment Effectiviness method which know by Nakajima Seichi by means of Japan Institute Productivity Maintenance. The OEE method is calculate three factor that can be influence the effectiviness that is availability rate, performance rate and quality rate. And then did the Six Bog Losses analize, six losses which causing downtime machine. Measuring score of availability rate doing during four weeks, July 16th 2012 until August 12th 2012, the score of availability rate are 72,39%
