  • Main problems of this research is based on the consideration that the role of hospitality is important, should be applied by all employees in performing tasks and work, and to improve the performance and quality of human resources. This study aims to determine the role of hospitality, explain duties of employees in the application of hospitality, and to know the efforts made to improve the quality of care. This study was conducted for Jaya Murni Tour & Travel Pangkalpinang that done the Job Training in 2013. This research is qualitative research. Existing data based on direct observation to observe the objective conditions in a travel about history of travel, the strategic location of travel, state employees, state facilities and infrastructure, as well as revenue related to the implementation of hospitality. After doing research, where there tends to be stable income even increased and customers loyal who conduct transactions over and over again, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the application of hospitality by employees of the ticket sales at Jaya Murni Tour & Travel Pangkalpinang.
