- Dog grooming is appropriate dog care activites aimed at beautifying or aesthetic for a dog with how to remove the parasite lodged in the hair, making hair is not sticky and smell, as well as maintain skin health. Working practices implemented in pet animals animal hospital prof. soeparwi 15th-20th April 2013. Data collection is done grooming activites implementation on 15th-17th April 2013 and data number of patient grooming done on 18th-20th April 2013. The purpose of writing this final task is to know the dog grooming management animal hospital, prof. soeparwi. Dog grooming procedures at the animal hospital, prof soeparwi started from the client registers the patient into the patient later administraton weighed and examined by a veterinarian. Patient sick of grooming is delayed or done the treatment of his illness. Healthy patients brought to space grooming. Grooming servicesat the animal hospital prof. soeparwi there are two kinds, namely, dry and wet grooming. Dry grooming done by srinkling the powder on dog�s body, while grooming wet with bathing the dog. The process of impplementationof grooming includes cutting nails, cleaning the ears, eyes, nose, combing the hair and bathing the dog. Based on the result and discussion can be concluded that the management of dog grooming at the animal hospital, prof. soeparwi is pretty good but the the dental care and refinement of the nail after the cut has not been made.
