- This final report taking the theme filing. Taking the theme mentioned because filing constitute important activity that be required to support administrative process in instance. Part of filing to enclose active filing, loan and retrieval records and care. The goal is organize files arranged the correct, logical, efficient and systematic accordance with the procedures of files and also retrieval of records more easy, fast and right. Methods of data collection in support of the thesis in several ways such as by the literature for reference relevant source in to formulate concept fit the theme. Meanwhile, there are also interviews with official in instance for to fill up data produce research and also observation methods are used to obtain related to the research topic. The final report concluded that be filing in the administration Balai Besar Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pelayanan Kesejahteraan Sosial (B2P3KS) Yogyakarta not yet fully arranged optimally. The archives only partially laid out stacked without arrangement regardless of the procedure because limited factilities and infrastructur factors, as well as the lack of information about the handling of files. This will complicate the retrieval of records, if the files at any time needed in the work process.
