- Productivity is the amount of volume work that can be done by a worker per unit of time. Labour productivity in the stucco work is one of the important things to be analyzed at a construction. Plastering productivity in this case to determine the ability of workers doing stucco work in an hour. Field of civil engineering became the backbone in achieving excellent results and fast work on a construction, plastering productivity using the most popular method in Indonesia with direct surveys in the field. The results obtained are costs that must be incurred to pay the workers, the workers benefit diborongkan rather than daily, and the factors that slow down productivity at work plastering.
