- This paper aims to provide an information about PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja that focused on the recruitment of human resources for the company especially Gardep Recruitment. The data used in this research were mostly taken from the interview with Oblong Training Team as a core team. The interview also was conducted with the HRD and the front liners of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. Based on the qualitative method, the writer explains about what Garda Depan is, the requirement to be the front liner of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, why the company takes the front liner from university students in Yogyakarta areas, and why the students are interested in joining the recruitment of front liner in PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. This research concludes that the recruitment is held regularly every four months is able to effectively recruit qualified human resources that makes PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja as a good company in its service.
