- PT. PTPN IX (Persero) Garden Ngobo Semarang is one of the companies which are state-owned enterprises, which produce conventional rubber RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheet) indonesia. Forecasting is usually used as a basis for making decisions in the field of production. Production forecasting is an attempt to minimize the risk that arises in production planning. Determination of the level of production that is based forecasting can reduce the risk of excess or shortage of products. This study aims to perform production forecasting product sheet in PT PTPN IX (Persero) Garden Ngobo Semarang. This study uses the software version WinQsb 2:00, to process data sheet product production, from research on July 24 through August 24, 2012. From the analysis of data plot, selected two methods of Holt - Winters Additive Algorithm (HWA) and Holt - Winters Multipicative Algorithm (HWM). Furthermore, based on MAD smallest chosen method of Holt - Winters Multipicative Algorithm (HWM). The last step is to create a map of verifying forecasting range lower limit and upper limit. Production forecasting results using monthly data obtained in 2009-2011 production forecast the next 6 months I RSS production (Kg) is 95115.01
