  • Transportation business in Indonesia is developing as time runs. It is very important for Indonesia people that are spread in islands and their needs in mobilization that increases. For country that has a lot of islands like Indonesia, air transportation is the most efficient way to move, it does not take long time for the trip. Besides, the easy way to get the ticket also affects the passenger to choose air transportation for the trip. KPRI, Karya Nuklida Tour & Travel Yogyakarta, is one of agents that offers reservation and issue air plane tickets service for domestic flights. As the observation that has been done by KPRI, there are so many problems that need more attention in ticket reservation and issue for domestic flight, such as human error, internet trouble connection, agents down services, ticket cancelation from airlines company when it is bankrupt, and also high competition between travel agents. This kind of problems should be fixed to keep passengers for not moving to others agents. Method that was used in this study was observation and interview during the on-the job-training (OJT) program to understand the process of reservation and issue ticket of domestic flight in KPRI Karya Nuklida Tour and Travel Yogyakarta. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that KPRI Karya Nuklida Tour and Travel Yogyakarta needs to give more training for the workers to improve their ability in giving services to costumers.KPRI Karya Nuklida Tour and Travel Yogyakarta also needs to fix problems in some aspects to make themselves better.
