- Have been created and implemented the instrument of dissolved oxygen and temperature for liquid. The function of system to measure a dissolved oxygen and measure the temperature. The system using ORP-14 Sensor as gauge dissolved oxygen and LM35 Sensor as gauge temperature, signal conditioning circuit for gaining a signal from ORP-14 Sensor, microcontroller works as controlling and processing, and serial communication for connecting data which displayed on computer online. ORP-14 Sensor and IC LM35 temperature sensor are dipped in the liquid, then electrical signal from ORP-14 Sensor is conditioned by signal conditioning and the result changes to digital signal by microcontroller. Afterwards from microcontroller will process and fed to computer via serial communication and online displayed to computer. While, liquid temperature�s changed to analog electrical signal and translate to digital signal by microcontroller after that the result is continued to the computer via serial and displayed online. Samples are used in calibration and testing ORP-14 Sensor consists of 10 liquid kinds. From 10 liquids, do four times take data with different from ORP-14 Sensor and ORP Meter, maximum different is 7 and the minimum different is 1. In order that sensor can read of ADC, so it�s made range between 0 � 5 volt. And the standard deviation value for this prototype for ORP-14 sensor reader is 1,89 mV and IC LM35 is 0,32oC.
