- Nowadays, dental health care become more populer, and increase the encounters of dental clinic. For a qualified service and avoiding human error, cumputerize service can be a choice to be taken. Electronic medical record facilitate and accelerate the work of officer in giving health service. But, it also important to assure the confidential of patient record. A computerize medical record information system need to be planned in order to produce an output that appropriate to the needs of user, for example in making a report. In this information system design, need to be made a database and user interface design first, so then can be made the whole information system to solve the problem of user needs.
