- Development of construction technologies that contractors use give the impact to quality, cost, and time of construction process. One of them required theuse of formwork practical and have high productivity. Vertical formwork technology used in the construction of Apartments and Soho Complex Puncak Bukit Golf is semi formwork system. By using semi formwork system is expected to work formwork can be implemented practically and quickly. Studies on vertical formwork system is done by direct observation in the field, interviewing the relevant parties responsible for the technical implementation in the field. It is also used in order to study literature more powerful. Discussion of the analysis results obtained from the price of 1mÂ2 semi column formwork system is Rp. 624,000.00 (without man power) and the price of 1mÂ2 of formwork shearwall and corewall of Rp. 701,500.00 (without man power). Efiesiensi semi formwork system installation cost of Rp. 10,586,000.00 for first floor of Puncak Bukit Golf Apartments.
