- The final assignment is one of reference to decide on a graduation of university student according to competency from their field which has been taken and has been taught already during lectures and it is done independently by student with guidance from a lecturer as a guide. In Informatics And Instrumentation Diploma, manufaturing of student�s steps to apply the final assignment after student has been filled the online KRS until final examination of final assignment is done by manual process. Student must come to the campus to get the final assignment information. This system has four entities user. They are student, lecturer, chairman of major study, and administrator. A student who take a final assignment can register their lecturer, final assignment title, and examination. With this system, a lecturer can see who his/her students are, their final assignment, fill the guide card and see the examination schedule. This system give a score in graphic output which could monitored by of major study. Beside that, the major study can monitor the student who don�t finish his/her final assignment yet. The data management which managed by an administrator consist of student, lecturer, chairman of major study, administrator, assigning task, final assignment, and examination data so it can produce reports. Therefore, information system is needed to give informations about guide lecturer registration, final assinment registration, and exam registration. This system can access everywhere by user
