- Background: Partograph is an appropriate system to monitor the state of a mother and fetus from the womb during labor time. WHO Partograph can also clearly distinguish whether or not an intervention in labor is performed. If all birth attendants use partograph in labor competently, this can prevent early complications that may occur, make the attendants apply the appropriate and timely care either before or when the problem occurs, and make them able to make immediate referral when mothers are still in optimal conditions
