Patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group LPD and non-LPD. Do LPD in the treatment group for 21 days. Samples taken CD4 levels before treatment and after treatment, and then performed statistical tests. Results. There are 31 HIV/AIDS patients consisting of 16 patients given treatment LPD and 15 patients not treated with LPD. CD4 levels mean before treatment was 366.81 ± 49.77 in group LPD and non LPD CD4 385.93 ± 54.84 (p = 0.798). CD4 levels mean after treatment was 389.94 ± 171.78 in group LPD and non LPD 385.80 ± 205.96 (p = 0.952). Results paired sample t-test for change in CD4 is p = 0.412. The mean change in CD4 levels in the group of LPD after treatment was 23.12 ± 27.39 and the non LPD is -0.133 ± 26.88 (p = 0.996). Test results of the comparison between groups LPD and non LPD to the amount of changes in levels of CD4 (delta) of patients with HIV/AIDS with Chi square showed p = 0.354. Conclusion. There is no significant association between treatment with status changes in levels of CD4.
