- The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of organizational support as moderator towards correlation between emotional labour and work engagement. Engagement was defined as a positive and fulfilling feeling which also involved thoughts that were consisted of vigor, dedication, and absorption. Emotional labour was a process of emotion and expression regulation occured within individuals as they were working in accordance to company�s regulation. Organizational support was an attempt of increasing reward, awareness, and appreciation towards employees� contribution. Participants involved in the study were 102 nurses who had been working at X Hospital in Yogyakarta for two years. Measurement instruments used in the study were engagement scale (UWES), emotional labour scale, and perception towards organizational support scale. The hypothesis proposed in the study were analyzed using regressional analysis technique. Result showed that there was no influence of organizational support as moderator towards correlation between emotional labour and work engagement. However, researcher found that emotional labour
