- A health was one of human wealth indicators so that it was a priority in a nation�s development. One of health supports was a medicine produced by a pharmacy industry. Some production factors that needed to pay attention by a pharmacy company so that it could produce a quality medicine fitted to volumes desired among others: reliable work force and qualified machinery. This research was aimed to know factor influence of machinery production and work force employed in Epexol medicine tablets in PT. Sanbe Farma Bandung and to know which dominant variable affected the Epexol tablets. Data used in this research was a retrospective data from production record batch of Epexol medicine tablet in 2012. Analysis device used was a multiple linear regression than transformation in to a Cobb-Douglass production functional equation. Data processing device used an SPSS. A free variable influence towards dependent variables was conducted by an F-test and t-test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The result showed that a significant value of F-test was 0.0001 and a t-test was 0.028 for machinery variable and 0.010 for work force variable. An R determination coefficient value was 0.789 and R square was 0.623, meant that a machinery and work force variables contributed 62.3% influence towards Epexol medicine tablet production. Cobb-Douglass equation function Q = 304979,55X10,039X20.059 From that result, it could be concluded that there was a jointly and partial significant influence between machinery and work force variables towards Epexol medicine tablet production yielded. A dominant variable that affected Epexol medicine tablet quantity produced was a work force variable.
