- Company has responsibility to the society, this issue is stated in goverment law, which need to be obeyed by all the companies in Indonesia. As the growth of population in Indonesia is faster than the growth of development in many sectors. Lately catastrophe happened in several places If goverment has to handle it by themself, they will be in deep trouble, the support or aid for the needed will be received too late because goverment also has several steps of bereaucracy that they have to follow. Goverment therefore created laws that regulates about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Companies while doing their business, some of them taking the natural resources, some of them disposing waste that may harm the environment, they need to pay attention to their activities in order to protect the environment sustainability so that the environtment of society which maybe also one of their customer is being well preserved. Each of company has it�s own stakeholder and each of them has the responsibility for their own stakeholder. This research objective is to understand the implementation of stakeholder prespective as a form of company social responsibility to the stakeholder in Pundi Amal SCTV. By conducting interview to obtain information from several groups of respondents on CSR in general and especially on Pundi Amal SCTV. SCTV as a company engaged in broadcasting also participated in a CSR program which is conducted through a program called Pundi Amal SCTV. To do the social and humanitarian activitiesPundi Amal SCTV gets the fund from the company (SCTV) and also from its viewer fundraiser. The activities that carried out by Pundi Amal SCTV is concentrating on: disaster relief, health and environmental development also on education sectors. These sectors are necessarily to be considered and developed. The entire sectors are intended for all Indonesian people in need, regardless are the donation recipient are SCTV viewer or not. Donation recipient candidate selection screening is based more on the level of priority only.
