  • The growing of internet users in Indonesia became an opportunity for UMKM to do online marketing. Facebook is currently the most popular social networking in Indonesia, with the number of users reaches 49 million people. Facebook has features that are suitable as marketing media, one of them is fan page. Fan page has features that are particularly suited to online marketing activity, compared with other Facebook features like group, profile page, events and photo tagging. Fan page is very easy to be used, and requires no special expertise in information technology knowledge, so UMKM will be able to operate it easily. This study discusses the use of fan page as online marketing media for UMKM. Research includes analysis of fan page features that can support marketing activities and strategies to manage fan page in order to obtain good interaction from fans. The results showed that fan page strongly support the marketing activities for UMKM by optimizing its features. To get a good response and interaction, fan page should be managed on a regular basis by providing useful information for fans and responding comments or messages posted by fans. After getting good response from fans, then fan page will be a very good media for promoting business and UMKM products.
