  • Statistically, the large number of Indonesian population which is moslem majority is economically a potential market. Sharia Life Insurance Industry is one of the growing industry that attract conventional Life insurance company to enter. competitive strength assessment The study starts with analyzing the main aspect of external condition which are politic, economic,social,and technology.Then exploring the industrial analysis,Driving forces, internal analysis and competitor analysis which include the company profile and also key success factor. The tools used in this study are Five Forces analysis & Result of the study concludes that based on Competitive Strength Assessment analysis of PT XYZ obtains score 7. 5 which head to head with Company B with score 7.75 Based on overall analysis it can be concluded that Multi channel strategy, Marketing Communication and Infrastructure/Corporate Strategy that has been implemented by PT XYZ are the competitive advantages of PT XYZ in order to be able to compete in Sharia life insurance industry.
