- Competition in the educational services industry becomes more intense with the birth of several similar companies that offer uniqueness and innovation respectively. In order to maintain and expand its market dominance in English language education services, ELTI as one of the older players offer a new and unique approach for branding. By adapting the new communication technologies, ELTI introduce streaming radio named elti channel as new ELTI�s corporate branding to catch the public as consumers. This research discusses the use of radio streaming as an alternative corporate branding. The probem formulation of this research is: what stage is run by the company ELTI in exploiting streaming radio elti channel as alternative corporate branding in 2012?. While the purpose of this study was to determine the stage of the company branding and to explore the streaming radio as an alternative corporate branding.This research is a qualitative case study method. Data obtained through observations and interviews with the company who also managing elti channel. The writer also conducted some reviews of the written documents and internet sites that related to the research. The results of this study indicate that the stages that run by ELTI in utilizing streaming radio as corporate branding is divided into four stages namely the establishment phase, the message delivery phase, the development phase, and the strengthening phase. The synergy from four stages can demonstrate the usage of radio streaming as corporate branding that can be run effectively and efficiently. The results of this study also give the benefits of using streaming radio to other companies as corporate branding, because it is practical, effective, easy and inexpensive.
