- Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Implementation has to be implemented by every company, whether private sector or public sector. GCG aims to create additional value for all concerned parties (stakeholders). Corporate governance needs to be assessed to measure the effectiveness each year. This study takes the object at PT. Industri Kereta Api (Persero) or abbreviated as PT. INKA (Persero), by analyzing the assessment of data result from BPKP East Java on the GCG implementation at PT. INKA (Persero) in 2008, 2009 and 2010, consists of 5 (five) aspects governance, 50 (fifty) indicator, 160 (one hundred and sixty) parameter. The researcher conducted an interview to the Chairman of the Monitoring Team GCG and Internal Control Unit parts. The researh results that, GCG conducted by PT. INKA (Persero): (1) Aspects of Rights and Responsibilities of Shareholders/General Meeting Shareholders has been conducted as "good enough"
