- This dissertation is a qualitative research in Philosophy. It searches the Kuhn and Popper�s thought about scientific truth. Kuhn and Popper are the extremely influential philosophers of science in the recent time. Their thought appears on a debate which is implied with the hermeneutics study and related to the understanding of the future of science. The aim of this research is to describe the Kuhn and Popper�s hermeneutics as a contemporary discourse which is relevant to the future of scientific development.
