  • The purpose of this research was to analyze the Influence of Superiorâ��s Transformational Leadership and Job Characteristics on Employee Engagement in PT. X. The population of the research subject was staffs in PT. X, around 291 people. 88 people from the population were taken as research sample. Data collection was done using questionnaire method. There are three kind of questionnaires have been used, those are, Transformational Leadership (adapted MLQ), Job Characteristics (adapted JDS), and Employee Engagement (UWES). Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, F test, and t test. The data has passed the normality, multicollinearity, and heteroskedasticity test. The results of the research are: 1) Superiorâ��s Transformational Leadership and Job Characteristics simultaneously have positive and significant impact on Employee Engagement (F= 15,929
