  • The implementation of e-learning at the Center of Education and Training BPK RI encourage business process effectively and efficiently. E-learning is expected to enhance the business processes of education and training center because it facilitates the learning process of representative offices in 33 provinces. E-learning also enables the learning activities independently. The readiness of the factors supporting the success of e-learning can lead the full implementation of elearning. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the acceptance of e-learning information system. The theory that influences in the evaluation of the use of information technology systems and is commonly used to explain the individual acceptance of the use of information technology systems is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM was introduced by Fred D Davis. It defines two factors that influence user acceptance in technology. These factors are the perception of the benefits of technology and the perception of the ease of technology. This research was carried out to 118 respondents of e-learning users. The data was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in software SmartPLS. The results indicate that Perceived Ease of Use influences Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use influence Attitude Toward, Attitude Toward and Perceived Usefulness influence Behavioral Intention, and Behavioral Intention and Perceived Usefulness influence Actual Technology Use (α = 0.05).
