- This research was conducted to analyze dimensions of Electronic Service Quality (ESerQual) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on the website of Lion Air and how it affects customer�s intention. Measurement of customer�s intention to the website was measured using perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, trust in ability and familiarity. Data analysis was performed with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 19. Respondents in this research were customers of Lion Air who have been using the Lion Air�s website. The result of this study showed that perceived usefulness significantly influence to the intention, perceived ease of use significantly influence to the perceived usefulness and trust in ability, subjective norm significantly influence to the intention, trust in ability significantly influence to the perceived uselness, familiarity significantly influence to the trust in ability and perceived ease of use, but the familiarity do not significantly influence to the subjective norm, it�s because the consumer not really familiar to the procedure of purchasing electronic tikcet.
