- This study investigates empirically Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in PT. Pratama Abadi Industri. This study aims to find positive effects between six variables in Delone & McLean information systems success model (2003), namely: Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Actual Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. This study uses primary data collected from questionnaire. The number of data collected is 41. The method used for data analysis in this study is variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), that is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study found that Service Quality affects both Actual Use and User Satisfaction positively, System Quality affects User Satisfaction positively but does not affect Actual Use, and User Satisfaction affects Net Benefits positively. This study also found that Information Quality does not affect neither Actual Use nor User Satisfaction, and Actual Use does not affect neither User Satisfaction nor Net Benefits.
