- Web portal with citizen centric concept is an integrated service that is managed by the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information D.I. Yogyakarta to serve real-time information via the website (www.jogjaprov.go.id). Web portal is expected providing benefits to the community (users) and as a channel of public service based on information technology in government D.I. Yogyakarta. It provide data and needs which are, effective and efficient service to the public. This study will evaluate the implementation of citizen centric website D.I. Yogyakarta, by measuring the level of usability of the website. Measuring the level of citizen centric website usability refers to ISO 9241-11 based on the criteria of the effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Total sample consisted of 100 respondents representing several segments of users of the website. For the analysis of the data used Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS. The test results using a 95% confidence level indicates that the criteria for effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction have an influence in supporting levels of usability of citizen centric website D.I. Yogyakarta. Effectiveness has a correlation value of 72%, efficiency has a correlation value of 70%, and satisfaction has a correlation value of 67%. As for the number level usability obtained at 67%, it indicates that the application citizen centric websites D.I. Yogyakarta has been operating quite well and provide benefits or positive impacts in presenting information to support the service users to achieve their goals, according to the segment of users (citizens, businesses, visitors, and government).
