- State�s and local government�s financial management could be said potentially raise state�s loss and corruption (Icuk in Halim and Icuk [Ed.]: 2011). Tuanakotta (2012) said though there is no research about how much [state�s loss caused by] fraud (include corruption) in Indonesia, so it is difficult to mention a reliable number [state�s loss]. This research tries to find total number of state�s loss because of corruption that reliable. This research focus on corruption cases that raise state�s loss where happened in local government level and the cases had investigated by Corruption Eradicaton Commission (KPK) since 2004-2012 and the cases had had permanent legal force (inkracht) and/or executed. This research also tries to examine corruption�s typology based on some characteristics such: name of cases
