- The Research on the process of the �adat� land sertification rights in Nganjuk regency, especifically talk about how long the process of the �adat� land sertification rights which is located in the region of district Nganjuk as well as obstacles that might have happened and faced by people in the county of Nganjuk perform the process of sertificated the top soil long in this district level. The type of Research used empirical juridical research, the research was conducted using primary data obtained from the field in the form of interviews with some of the speakers that are relevant to the issues raised in this study along with other ingredients which have material relating to research topics as secondary data.This research takes the subject of the conversion applicant simultaneously sertification the �adat� land rights that exist in Nganjuk Regency area. The data collection tool in this research is the study of semi structured interviews and documents related to the issues examined. The results of the research of the process of the �adat� land rights sertification are: 1 ) the process of the �adat� land sertification rights since supplicants sertification process begins right over the long facing to the headman of the village chief secretary and / or headman of the village to would then giving to thrumming letter c by the subdistrict to be used as the basis of the process in the adat land office district Nganjuk
