- The banking industry has an important role in supporting economic growth and national stability. The failure of Corporate Governance (CG) implementation in management of the Bank, showed by the result that have tremendous impact, which is the collapse of the national pillars of economy and the global financial crisis. Therefore, the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is not a kind of subject that needs to be argued, but it has become a requirement to be applied in PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. This Triangulation Method Research is using a CG rating instrument which developed by Universitas Gadjah Mada�s Good Corporate Governance Centre (GCGC), equipped with questionnaires (which contains 497 questions in it) to measure the CG implementation quality when it runs in a company.
