  • Previously managing zakah is still struggling in the form of consumercharitable, but given the times that have demanded to be able to interpret the arguments of zakah ma'qul al ma'na, many charity organizations that manage zakah funds with creative and innovative in the form of zakah productive. It makes every institution of zakah requires Muzakki who believe in the performance of institutions so many Muzakki that channel funds through the institution. The management of zakah, not apart from the marketing strategy implemented by a management Amil Zakah. This research was conducted to determine and understand the strategies used by the Dompet Dhuafa Jogja in marketing their services and analyzing the responses and strategies employed by CARTER quality services to the trust. This research is a survey research, descriptive by qualitative and quantitative approaches. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, the determination of the sample with a certain consideration. The number of samples used to measure the total 15 respondents 30 respondents to the strategy and measure the quality of services. The data was collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature. Strategy analysis using Internal-External Matrix and SWOT whereas analysis of the quality of service to the trust while using test multicollinearity and regression. These results indicate that the strategy undertaken by the Dompet Dhuafa Jogja, if measured by the Internal-External Matrix, then the position occupied quadrants V which shows Hold and Maintain the value is moderate. Its growth strategies are needed to maintain its presence as possible in the organization there are weaknesses and external threats. The results of the SWOT matrix obtained some alternative strategies that may be suggested, namely: strategy (WO) is programmed or training on IT and human resource development whereas strategy (SO) is to add the provision of facilities/services where pay zakah. The responses of respondents to the strategy used Dhuafa Dompet Jogja as measured by the quality of service (CARTER), the result is a gain factor of five high-value index, which is Compliance with Islamic law, Assurance, Reliability, Empathy and Responsiveness, while a factor to get the index value is Tangible. The effects resulting from the strategy used Dhuafa Dompet measured with CARTER simultaneously no significant on the trust Muzakki, only Reliability factor have a significant effect on the trust Muzakki. Means of all variables, only the reliability of variables that have an influence on the dependent variable is the trust Muzakki.
