- Many employees of PT. X decide on the contract is a serious problem encountered by PT. X. This research aimed to examine the influence of quality of work life, hardiness, and perceived of alternative job opportunities towards turnover intentions. The data obtrained from 167 employees of PT. X at B, Central Java. The data were collected by using the method of scale questionnaires. The technique of data analysis used the multiple regression analysis. The result showed the quality of work life, hardiness, and perceived of alternative job opportunities together influenced turnover intentions in PT. X. The quality of work life could be a predictor of turnover intentions represented by the work of economic factors, work social factors, work life balance, and trust. While the influence perceived of alternative job opportunities towards on turnover intentions represented by the general availability of alternatives. But, hardiness was considered to have no significant effect on turnover intentions
