- The number of internet users has increased along with the times, but some of them are reluctant to disclose personal information because of their trust in the security of e-commerce. This research tries to uncover how the impact of perceptions of security control, familiar and disposition to trust of the customer trust to use Internet banking. Bank customers are used as a research domain of this study because of the internet banking transactions are a very important factor in maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) with the approach of variance (partial least squares path modeling) was used to analyze the data in this study. The software used for this study is the measurement model SMART PLS-PM to indicate that the variable perception of security control, familiar and disposition to trust, all have an impact on customer confidence in using internet banking.
