  • This research aimed at measuring self efficacy of salesperson in selling process base on interpersonal communication training. This study involved 50 salesperson who were divided into two groups. The experimental group (25 subjects) received interpersonal communication training and control group (25 subject) didnt received interpersonal communication training. Selection of subjects based on random to included in the control group and experimental group. This study uses the untreated control group ddesign with pretest and postest. The tools used in this study was the interpersonal communication module, sales self efficacy scale, the observation sheet, training evaluation sheet and validation module sheet. Levels of sales self efficacy on salesperson was measured using the scale of sales self efficacy. Measurement were performed 2 week before and 3 weeks after the training. Anava mixed results suggest that interpersonal communication in selling situation training can significantly improved sales self efficacy (F=273,718, p<0,01)
