  • This research is research based on customerâ��s perception to service quality at Plasa Telkom Gatot Subroto Jakarta. This focus on customerâ��s perception to service quality and identify the difference of customerâ��s perception to service quality based on demography factors. This research utilize five dimensions SERVRVQUAL which will be analized to preview customerâ��s perception to service quality and show the difference of customerâ��s perception to service quality based on demography factors. This research was held at Plasa Telkom Gatot Subroto Jakarta, the instrument for collecting data is questionnaire. Data were analized using descriptive qualitative methods. The result found that the service quality at Plasa Telkom Gatot Subroto is still dissatisfactory to customer and there are no difference of customerâ��s perception to service quality based on demography factors.
