- Uncertainty makes an enterprise have opportunity to be success or not. Therefore, every enterprise need a unique strategy, measurable level of success and can be applied. The most important is enterprise exactly know about the factor made be success or failed, so that company can make continuous improvement. One of strategy theory is balanced scorecard that consist of four perspective, there are financial, consumer, internal process business, and learning and growth. Through that perspectives, company can analyze cause and effect the company successfully achieve its goals.
