- The aim of this research is to assess whether customer perceived value influences loyalty and satisfaction of BRISyariah Wahid Hasyim Branch Office Customer and whether satisfaction influence loyalty of BRISyariah Wahid Hasyim Branch Office Customer. This research uses questioners with 200 respondents who are BRISyariah Wahid Hasyim Customer. The result of this research shows that Customer Perceived Value brings positive impacts to customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction brings positive impact to customer loyalty. This could be explained that the value of functional emotional and social value influence customer satisfaction and loyalty positively. Moreover, the satisfaction of BRISyariah Jakarta Wahid Hasyim Branch Office customer has a positive impact on behavior of the customer to whole services delivered. Then at the end the customer becomes loyal to the bank.
