- The purpose of this research was to analyze what the factors that influence BEI Agriculture Sector Index on 2009-2011 periods. Variables which analyzed are world CPO price, currency level, interest rate, & inflation rate. Method used in this research is multiple regression. Data gathered from various sources. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The result of this research shows that independent variables together have influences on agricultural sector index and partially world CPO price, interest rate, and inflation rate influenced dependent variable, while currency rate does not have an significant influence on agricultural sector stock price index.
