- Terminal is one of the functional component from transportation system which need a large amount of money in its development, however just a few of terminal is not to optimal in its operational, the indication will cause quite because no other passenger will raise and fall in the terminal. This is happened in one of the type B terminal in district of Kulon Progo, that is Terminal Wates. Terminal performance research conducted by identifying the importance on several question of indicator which is given through questioners to three respondents are: the user of public transportation, public transportation operator, and entrepreneur (owner of the shop around the location, owner of service agent, etc.), after found the measure they will know the hierarchy of priority based on the amount of the lowest degree of performance.
