- This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the production of coffee production and the effect of Regional District Capping (Pagu Wilayah Kecamatan) program on farm efficiency and income coffee farmers in Sub District Candiroto, Temanggung, which is done by comparing the level of farm efficiency and income of coffee farmers among recipients and non-recipients of program funds PWK. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data obtained directly from coffee farmers as many as 125 respondents, consisting of 53 coffee farmers who are PWK funding program recipients and 72 coffee farmers who do not received the PWK funds in Sub District Candiroto, Temanggung. The analytical tool used in this study is a OLS multiple linear regression analysis tool and two different test methods compare the average mean of the independent test. For the estimation and measurement of technical efficiency of each coffee armer done using software Frontier version 4.1c. The analysis results show that the variables of land, labor, Urea fertilizer, TSP, KCl fertilizer, and pesticides have a real positive effects on the production of coffee, while the dummy variable PWK funding program has a positive and significant effect on coffee production among farmer respondents. Judging from the use of input factors of production efficiency, coffee farmers PWK funding program recipients have an average value of technical efficiency respectively 0,81, while the non- ecipient coffee farmers have an average value of technical efficiency 0.78. This means that the use of factors of production the two groups of farmers are technically efficient. The results of t-test differences in productivity and income of coffee farmers among recipients and non- recipients of PWK funding program showed that at 95 percent degree of confidence, the productivity, the total revenue, and income of coffee production per hectare between the two groups is not different.
