- College students who is possessing high level of career decision-making selfefficacy, exhibit behaviors needed to accomplish career decision-making related task. Career decision-making self-efficacy can be enhanced by providing the sources of self-efficacy. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of career guidance workshop to improve career decision-making self-efficacy. The untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest was used in this experimental study. Research subjects (n = 12) were divided into two group, namely experimental group (n = 7) and control group (n = 5). By using the Mann Whitney Non Parametric statistical method the result indicated that career decision-making selfefficacy is significantly increased, Sig. 0,007 (p < 0,05), after career guidance workshop.
