  • Productive work place is a place where humans may find dignity, meaning, and security for themselves during their contribution for organization. It means that it is obligatory for an organization to pay attention towards the quality of work life existing inside it. Implementation of quality of work life is expected to provide positive impact for organization entirely, especially in fostering good relationship among its employees. The purpose of the study was to examine the correlation between career commitment and perception of transformational leadership towards quality of work life. The study was a correlational research involving 70 employees as participants. Measuring instruments used in the study were quality of work life questionnaire, career commitment questionnaire, and perception of transformational leadership questionnaire. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis technique. The result of the analysis showed that the hypothesis of the study was accepted, which showed that there was a very significant correlation (R=0,685
