- Since the mandatory for corporate social responsibility on Indonesian Limited Liability Company Act enacted. Controversy rise among business world and its stakeholder. This policy considered to be barrier for Indonesian Economic. Controversy also rise from formulation of Article Number 74 on Limited Liability Company Act Number 40 Year 2007 that limit the mandatory only for company that work on natural resources field or company that related to natural resources field. Bank Danamon as a limited liability company form Danamon Peduli Foundation that handling Bank Danamon Corporate Social and environmental responsibility since the mandatory not yet enacted.
