- A title of this study is Analysis on the Utilization of Property Assets in the Office of Food and Horticultural Plants, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. Purposes of the study are to find out the inventory of land and building assets in the Office of Food and Horticultural Plants, Sorong Regency, and the utilization of land and building assets by the Office of Food and Horticultural Plants, Sorong Regency. The study used secondary data obtained by using interview technique from the Office of Food and Horticultural Plants, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. The data collected were the total number of property (land and building) assets owned and utilized by the Office of Food and Horticultural Plants, Sorong Regency. Analysis instrument used was a Logical Framework Approach (LFA). Result of the study indicates that the inventory of land and building assets owned by the Office of Food and Horticultural Plants, Sorong Regency, was not done optimally. In fact, the total number of land and building assets in the Office was managed well, but recently there was a part of the building assets unmanaged in an optimal manner, because they were severely damaged.
